Profile

Oded specializes in handling complex litigation cases in a wide range of commercial areas. He has special expertise in corporate control disputes, representation of directors and officers and representation in agency and distribution agreements cases. 

Furthermore, Oded has been involved for many years in representing foreign insurers in Israel in complex insurance policy cases. He provides the foreign insurers with litigation services and on-hand consulting and monitoring services throughout the course of the proceedings.
